Just got home earlier today & needed something fairly quick. Made Buffalo Chicken Cheesesteaks. Recipe below. Linda & I really like this as they can be made as 'Hot' or as 'Mild' as you like. Shout out to 'Blackstone Betty' for this recipe. Although I modified somewhat 2 Chicken Breasts Diced Add seasoning to chicken before cooking. We use Costco's no Salt Organic seasoning (a mix of many spices). Can also use Garlic, Black pepper, etc 'Optional' Sautéed Onions, Peppers, & Mushrooms 1/2 cup (or more) Sweet Baby Rays Wing Sauce 1/4 cup (or to taste) Ranch Dressing. or blue Cheese dressing Cheese of your choice. We used Sliced Provolone tonight. But American Cheese, Cooper Sharp, Sharp Cheddar, etc. can be used Parsley dried Oil for Griddle. 2 or 3 Hoagie rolls (Soft Italian roll if not from Philly or South Jersey) :) Cook Chicken on Medium High 3-4 minutes. Sauté veggies on the side 1-2 minutes than add to Chicken. Lower heat to medium, add Wing sauce & coat chicken. Add Ranch (or Blue Cheese) dressing to Chicken. Add 6 slices of Cheese. Mix all. Lower Heat, separate Chicken into 2 or 3 piles add Sliced roll on top of each pile. Place one hand on top of roll & slide Spatula under Sandwich & invert on plate. Enjoy Also enjoyed Corn on Cob, & a nice Troegs Troegenator Double Bock to wash it down
