      RVillage Support I'll contact the Tech Team and see if they can do some more in-depth testing on this. Also, how long has it been since you cleared the cache on your iPad? And are you using the App or just accessing the site via a browser? If the App, is it up to date? :-)

        SouthParkSteve This was on the app, cleared the cache just last week, and I check the App Store for updates several times per week.

      xctraveler I seldom refer to the Bell Notifications. I use "My Group Activity" top left and just check out groups with activity. By the time I get through that I have seen most of the messages that have generated Notices. Just another way to use RVillage Hide 2 Replies

        FPOOLE xc, like that one, would be nice to be able to "Clear them all"... but going through them one group at a time which apparently clears them of new notices... thanks..

        Rich & Pat Tardell City, state (no street address) would suffice for locating the area where they work.  And then in the recommendations section could further define how far they are willing to travel.

      Curtis I am m tagging Jessieness  to take a look at this. A couple of things you can do to troubleshoot this with us; is first to try to upload photos via wifi, and also LTE. If one of them works, the issue is the other. Also please make sure if you are doing this in the app, that you have the most current version of the app. We update it regularly, and you should always check google play for updates. 3rd, try clearing your cache on your phone if you haven't done so in a while. People forget that you have a computer in your hand, and your browser cache must be cleared as regularly as your computer or things will get wonky.  Hide 1 Reply

      LPS I literally just got this phone. no cache to speak of. So clearing it did not help.

      I'm wondering, why is cache clearing the only advice here? Other apps and websites are not so constructed. Is there a developer issue underlying this?

    While you’re improving the Search please add it back to the app Home menu on the left side of the app. I use it a lot and that will make it much easier to get to. Thanks for working all the time to make things better.

      Curtis We will in the next app update. The search function we removed temporarily is the "search the feed" box on the home feed.

    Noticed the new icons for "like", "comment", "share", etc. MUCH easier to see (and to hit with the mouse or touch screen.....). Thank you!

      Curtis Yeah.... That is an annoying bug and one we are working on. The only work around to it for right now is to unlike it. That will stop the notifications.
