Jim & Jen We have a Hurricane 34J and ride a 2010 Harley Heritage, we picked up an older Ford Ranger pickup to tow behind and have been looking at this TripleD Load & Lifter, tripledloader.com . I emailed them and they tell me the rig will fit in the Ranger ...  more

Happels Boy, that seems like a lot of weight for a Ranger. Also a lot of the weight will be hanging out the back of the truck. You would surely feel it towing.

New to this group, and new to RVing. Have been riding for quite a while. I have a 2018 27' Class C Freedom Elite - I looked at the Class C Toyhauler that Thor makes, but it didn't have the living space I needed. A Class A motorhome isn't an option. I rid...  more

Windychic I just went ahead and got myself a bumper pull toyhauler. Its only a 20 footer but it has the twin bed up front so I dont have to unload if I want to sleep on the road..take care hope u find what ur looking for!! Hide 1 Reply

bill4029 I wold not consider a lift.. the weight distribution on most rvs including class c would put your rear axle over the weight limitations easily.. small pull behind open or enclosed trailer should work great for you. Hide 1 Reply

MH283 It is a dilemma. we have a B+, and pull our bike (now a bigger trailer and trike) in a cargo trailer. But that means we always have to make a choice on what to haul. There is an option for you with a class C, and that is a swivel wheel trailer. It connect...  more

Susan Lee McLemore Thank you.  I am beginning to accept that my options are down to pulling a trailer or not taking the bike.  Good point about being able to take extra gear in the trailer.

MH283 We also have friends that pull bikes on a lightweight open trailer, and that works well also.

Colin & Betty This looks closer to what I will need as my wife does not want to be without her own transportation. This may just come down to cable or hydraulic but the weight may force me to a class A instead of the class C s that I have been looking at.

John and Rocki We had a cable-type lift on our first Class A. It was not as sturdy for our 900+ lb bike. We also had to replace the cable twice with stronger cable due to it snapping during the 2 years we used it. We also replaced the motor once.

John and Rocki Not at all. We’ve been using the hydralift for 18 months and are very happy with it.
