Mark & JoAnn pjmonat, I'm assuming that your question was directed at my post. After all, isn't it all about me? LOL

No, this is a new issue, just started a few days ago, and yes we are full timers.

pjmonat :-) LMAO...... I would first use the angled pressure tube that camping world sells. A great under 10$ accessory. You pull the drain plug and push this tube into the tank with the snout downward and blow out the bottom of the tank of massive amounts deposi...  more

Mark & JoAnn So, you're thinking it might have some sediment blocking the flow of the hot water. Is the CW tube you're talking about the below item http://www.campingworld.com/shopping/item/water-heater-tank-rinser/49070

Thanks for your help so far.

WDK450 If hot water tank sediment HAS clogged your hot water supply plumbing, you MAY need to flush (and possibly reverse flush) your hot water plumbing. The first thing I would try (after flushing out the WH) would be to unscrew the aerator or spray heads from ...  more

Here's an interesting question..We have a 2012 Big Horn 3455RL. While using water, the hot just stops running. My husband will open the pressure relief valve and that will solve the problem - temporarily. Or....if we wait a while - like 15 or 20 minutes -...  more

jayc If your Wilderness is not equipped with a ladder, the roof may not be reinforced, so it would be unsafe to get on the roof. You can call Heartland Customer Service with your VIN and ask them. 877 262 8030

WDK450 Although I have a ladder on my Bighorn I bought a 14 foot multi ladder at Home Depot years ago. It has come in handy for so many things, inside and outside. I never use the built-in ladder any more.
    • John & MK Harpel
John & MK Harpel Yeah I have a multi ladder too and really like it. What I'm still trying to figure out is a bike rack and I've seen those on the back ladder on TT. Not sure what to do, heard a number of horror stories of bumpers falling off because of bike racks attached.

Dean and Cheri We've owned our 2013 Big Horn 3260EL for just over 3 years - we bought it new.  We've needed very little work.  We did purchase an extended warranty.  To date we've had to replace the water pump, a seal on one of the slides, and the toilet....  more
