Marsha & Jerry Mon at 10:18 PM That is the road I mean. I am concerned about all the mountain summits-the ups and downs.  There are 17 passes and one tunnel. Should we be concerned?

David & Leslie 10 hours ago We have been on US50 only a short distance near Austin, NV when we drove north from Tonopah to Battle Mountain.  The pass at Austin is steep and crooked, but easily negotiable if taken slowly - 20 to 35 mph for only a couple miles.
