Charlie & Judy I've wondered the same thing, I found with crock pot that bigger was better. You can cook less in large cooker but you can't cook more in a small cooker. You tube is where I research and now I'm a cast iron fan as well.

Barbara & Byron I was watching a YouTube video where they talking about their solar.tit was 2 people in a camper van class b,  They said they had a 6 qt. duo but downsized to the 3 qt. One of the reasons was the 6 qt pulled 1500 w and the 3 qt was only 700 w.  ...  more

Barbara & Byron I have another brand and it is a 4 qt.  In some ways I wish it was bigger.
But if it was, I would cook more food and then have to deal with left overs.  .

Hi everybody! I'm new here. As someone who loves to cook - the idea of transitioning to cooking well in a tiny galley RV kitchen is daunting. Looking forward to learning more here.

Dirty Rotten Racklefrack! In 22,000 miles of travel we've eaten out maybe 2-3 times... we cook virtually every meal in the rig. Though I'll admit it helps to have the right equipment :)

Gary and Julie Schnatterly - The Wild Sasquatches I'm sure we will be the same way. We eat a ketogenic diet and that was one of the main reasons we purchased the RV to begin with - so when we travel out of town to events (we sell our handmade pallet signs at festivals and juried craft shoes) we didn't ha...  more
