        Chips Last two weeks of Jan is the RV show in Q.  It has shrunk a lot.  I started going there in 1993 when it was twice as big.  Wintering in WI this year but may get back next. Always fun meeting ppl I had not seen for a year.

      Charles Truax I am an Android phone user so apps like:ViaRV, Passport America, Good Sam, and KOA. I read several RV beginner books none were very good so I can't recommend one, but they all did have background type information. I got a good Garmin GPS, the 770RV.

      LPS No. Many parks say they won't take rigs over 10 years old, but very few actually enforce that. If you have a restored "classic" rig, you shouldn't have a problem. The only inspection issue I've run into has to do with the chassis part of the motorhome,...  more

      Harv & Spookie I used to drive an older rig, but it looked well maintained and I never had a problem for short stays.  I think the requirement is a safeguard to give right of refusal for junk heaps.
