Goodolboy1 July 11 With the proper equipment and the transmission in neutral, I'd think so. But to be 100% sure, call any Honda Dealership and ask them. they should be able to give the correct answer to your question. Good luck.

Mike Prince July 11 The owners manual only has an Emergency Towing section and as Goodolboy1 states is says it can be towed in Emergency Improper towing preparation will damage the transmission. Follow the above procedure exactly. If you cannot shift th...  more

July 2Hello. I am in the process of determining which cargo trailer to buy for my DIY trailer. I had some questions that some experienced people may be able to answer. :)

Retired Outdoors July 3 I chose a 7x16 for several reasons: tandem axles to provide plenty of capacity, electronic trailer brakes, interior space. I chose barn doors and a solid rear interior wall to provide more interior storage and bed/seating space across the rear. I tow with...  more

      • PasadenaSue
PasadenaSue July 3 Retired Outdoors, wow you tow the 7x16 with a V6?  Impressive!   I have seen the solid rear walls on some van builds.  It does provide more options for interior design.  Right now a 7x16 is too large as I also need to consider sto...  more

Mike Prince July 3 PasadenaSue I tow my 6X12 with a Chevy Silverado and get about 16mpg not all that good but it eats up the highway specially the mountains. As for the wind I have been through some ruff weather with it and it handles the wind pretty good. If you notice m...  more

Retired Outdoors July 6 I haven't taken it to the mountains per se, but I have taken some long steep grades using cruise control with no problem. The Pilot is 4-wheel drive, so it has done the job so far. When we are able to extend our outings in distance and time, I will instal...  more

Terri G July 6 I used to tow my 6×10 cargo trailer with a 3.8 liter 6 cyl 2007 Pacifica, which has a tow rating of 3500 lbs. Towing up steep grades in the mountains definitely put the motor under a strain. The last trip was when 3rd gear began shuddering. Now I have a...  more

Brainomadic July 20 I’m glad to see your post because i am researching the same thing! I am really wanting the ramp door. And 7 foot width. But I’m starting to think that is very custom, and my budget may not allow. Towing with an 08 Odyssey. Weight is critical. I also want ...  more
