newbie questions and solved my problem in a quick and friendly manor.
Much better than the dealers rv tech line.
Other observations which may be obvious to some. The pop up bed is more exposed to the elements, both cold and noise. Van is quiet and warm with top down. Van would be too small for a longer trip with two 50 pound dogs.

We are on a five month wander around the Rockies and thoroughly enjoyed northern Montana and Idaho. Next we head to Jasper and will work our way back to Montana before heading east.

I ue a 50 watt solar and only have to fire up the Chevy before bed, when I get up for my boy's room trip and then again early in the morning. This is only when the furnace is running. Obviously if it's rainy/cloudy, then it's a different story. I run the Chevy in 6 minute intervals, just an FYI and it's enough to charge the house battery less

Call PW or go to a PW dealer to order the part. They are the only source for it and it's part of the fibreglass skirtwork.

Thanks, That's the advice I've been getting back. The Chicago area dealer still has not called back from a call I made early last week. I was hoping there would be another source. Next step is to try the next closest dealer, Grand Rapids Michigan
