BHiveTravels Trouble as in not working?  Alignment? Sealing?  Ours is a start and stop issue.  Seems it has an overload breaker that actuates when the slide is having difficulty  or pulling too much power.  Ours was never repaired either. &nbs...  more

::Debra & Tom:: Our dining/living room slide wouldn’t extent out. The wrong fuse (of all things, behind the slide/light etc control box) was installed by factory. Took the repair shop four hours to find the fix.

TJAK Not exactly sure,  the slide stuck at the top. They said a part was changed by a third party and it raised the slide up.  They made an adjustment to get it back in sync.  Sorry - not a very technical explanation.

Just joined the group. Traded our 2014 Open Range on a 2017 North Point 381DLQS. We had a 26ft Eagle some time back and loved it, just wasn’t big enough for full time life. Hope we like this one as much over time.

North Point Pointed South (formerly Lou N Kathy) I’ve been visiting with them the past 4 days off and with questions about this one we’re buying (it was owned by someone else for 10whole months, lady could handle the steps so they traded on a small bumper pull).  Jayco has been very helpful.

Kristy & Mickey So good to hear. We bought a 2018 and have read nothing but horror stories about how poorly the newer models are made. I'm glad that some are not experiencing a lot of failures with the newer RVs.

Jim and Janine Moffitt Did your mattress become depressed before you replaced it? Since my unit is still under warranty I am going to be annoying Jayco until I can get them to provide me with a decent mattress or the warranty expires.

David & Betty Eagle Have a 2016 Greyhawk that we bought used. Yes the mattress was depressed a lot. Purchased a custom made one from a local shop here in Tucson for less money than we found for any other mattress. It's great.

L & L Oglesby Hubby has the RV on a trip right now--I'll ask him to check the temp of the outside shower. It has separate hot and cold faucets. The bathroom shower has a mixer faucet, so we turn it all the way anticipating getting water hot enough to take a shower, but we don't.

Okietravellers The mixer valve may be bad. If the unit is still under warranty, I would take it to a Jayco dealership.

Okietravellers Mixer valves generally have adjusters behind the cover so the hot water flow can be restricted to prevent scalding.
