Very happy with the service. A little on the windy side due to weather and nothing the owners can do about. Finally the wind is almost over. Can't ask for wildlife to come any closer to our site.

Tue at 6:05 PMWe decided to cancel our reservation at the Harpers Ferry KOA in West Virginia which was for Oct. I read too many bad reviews but the one that really annoyed me was the $2 a day per dog plus the $10 per day resort fee which would have been an extra $100....  more

Doug n'Nance 16 hours ago It's because too many irresponsible owners don't pick up their dog's poop that many parks are having to charge cleanup fees. The next camper occupying the site doesn't appreciate stepping into doggy droppings.

JVBV 15 hours ago Good info. I agree however with another commenter that there are many among us that become"poop blind". Worse are the ones who bag it and leave on the side of the road. However a "resort fee" is just a slap in the face! Raise your (already too expensive r...  more

Pam and Dave 2 hours ago Thanks for all your input.  I am glad there are some that agree with me.  We have stayed at a few other KOA's and had no problems.  We are only seasonal campers and have a lot more to learn about various campgrounds.
