BJP23 If you like apple cider or apple wine, go to Clyde's Cider Mill in Mystic. The Mystic aquarium is also great. There's a nice little restaurant I enjoy called Bravo Bravo in Mystic. Enjoy. I love to visit Mystic. So many fun shops to wander through. Hide 2 Replies

RStrait Wife and I are doing winter camping/rving in Michigan this winter.  The key is to prepare your RV for the cold weather, both inside and outside.

Buddy Odom I had a fight with those little critters here at home at that time. Guess they wanted to feel safe but I had other ideas. That is one of the things we have to battle here in the south. At any park here I spray around my rig when we get set up. I carry a ...  more

Georgia RV'ers Scott Rose - The Kissimmee KOA is one of our favorites because of its location and it is small and a very well managed KOA.  You picked a really good one!

I would suggest Rancho Seco, the closed nuclear power station. They have group sites as well as individual sites, a sizable lake and reasonable prices. Google their website for reservations.
