These third parties may use cookies alone or in conjunction with web beacons or other tracking technologies to collect information about you when you use our Services. The information they collect may be associated with your Personal Data or they may collect information, including Personal Data, about your online activities over time and across different websites and other online services. They may use this information to provide you with interest-based (behavioral) advertising or other targeted content. The marketing and analytics services that integrate directly into our Services include Google Analytics.

We do not control these third parties’ tracking technologies or how they may be used. If you have any questions about an advertisement or other targeted content, you should contact the responsible provider directly. We encourage you to be aware of when you leave the Services and read the privacy policies of Linked Sites.

Unsolicited Personal Data. If we receive Personal Data that we have taken no active steps to collect (such as a job application sent to us by an individual on their own initiative, rather than in response to an advertisement), then we may keep that Personal Data if it is reasonably necessary for one or more of our functions or activities.
