August 26, 2020I just posted my first (I think) 1-star park review (out of 5 stars possible). Needless to say, we were disappointed and don't recommend this campground in its current condition. Here's the review:

Steve r August 26, 2020 Just shows that pictures are not what they appear to be. Problem is that it is very difficult to check out sites with a car our truck before making reservations. Sorry that you had to be in a such difficult situation.

RicU August 26, 2020 Mr. Huber,
You should come to the private community campgrounds in northeastern Pennsylvania. Negative ratings would in order

August 13, 2020A couple more shots of the campground we’re in... Their literature says they don’t allow any RV’s older than 2000, but obviously that isn’t being enforced.

Bruce & Linda (Omnibus) August 13, 2020 Are the rigs long-term (seasonal or annual)?  If so, once they are in they tend to be allowed to stay.  But as Pokey pointed out, age is a fairly inaccurate determinant of the appearance/condition of an RV.

August 10, 2020So, we’re in a non-Thousand-Trails park for the next two weeks, meaning we’re paying for our site. It’s about half of what the KOA would charge, and though it’s nowhere as nice an RV park (like a trailer park for RV’s, really), it’s still quite a bit more...  more

The Hubers- On the Road to What's Next December 24, 2020 This post was on the park’s page that we ended up in, the TN 40 & RV Park, but we don’t recommend it unless you have nowhere else to go. There are two KOA’s in town, I believe, but they are more expensive.

BLSMSS (Brenda &Marc) December 24, 2020 You two should have dropped in here where we are, we have sites and we have no issues with cell or WiFi.
