    December 8, 2019Hello. I just purchased a 27 ft TT and plan to start traveling in the spring. I have a 10ft kayak so my questions is, how to transport it? It will not fit inside the TT.

      Tina and Eugene King December 8, 2019 Is your TT a fifth wheel.. if not do Like I pla on doing a luggage rack on my truck and a special part mounted to the rear of the truck.

        Andy Holleman December 8, 2019 It looks like you have a cargo rack installed.  Flipped down, you could have a vertical support so the weight is on the rack, but is held upright by the support.   You'd want to weld a bracket on to the rack so you could add the suppo...  more

      Tom and Sandy Raynor December 8, 2019 we have a 24 ft tt.  our truck has a cap with a roof rack.  i built a stanchion that mounts on the hitch.  load one end of my 16 ft canoe on the stanchion, then pivot the canoe up on the roof rack.  tie it down and off we go.
