      David and KeithAnn April 13, 2020 We have a 2017 4369 and we were told there was a bad batch of pleather. We had our furniture replaced. Others I have heard had that too. I also know others who have gone else where to get new furniture. Sorry you are having this issue. Best wishes.

      LarandSus April 13, 2020 We were told at the Tampa RV show that the bad fabric wasn't from flexsteel. We were told that the RV manufacturer sends the fabric to flexsteel. They also said that Flexsteel's ultraleather is made in Japan and doesn't have the peeling issues. I'd be hap...  more

        LarandSus April 16, 2020 We thought about that. However, the place we talked to at the RV show mentioned that the RV fabric selection was limited because it needed to meet vehicle fire safety standards. So we chose not to go with home furniture.
