April 18Hello to everyone. I was wondering if anyone uses oxygen 24/7? It is one of the things holding me back from Rving and getting out of the house. I have the portable tanks but they are only good for 2 to 3 hours for my needs. Any info will be welcomed. ...  more

GuardianEagle April 18 Welcom to our group. I dont use o2, so have no first hand experience. Im guessing you would need to carry bottled o2 and may need placcard to comply with law. The small portable tanks could be refilled in an rv but an electric source would be needed, and ...  more

Randy and Janet May 17 I am on low oxygen, and we full time RV.  When we left a long term stay in Tucson, we purchased an Inogen concentrator.  It's good for level 1,2, or 3.  One thing I would say is to be careful, when we purchased it, was very expensive and we...  more

Kay G May 20 Thank you for letting me know.  I looked them up online when I first asked the question and saw they were pricey.  I will have to stay only at camps and parks with electricity and that would still be fun and peaceful.

TheBurtins July 8 I have a concentrator with a wall and car plug, as well as a battery for short trips. My vascular surgeon suggested it, but is is only a 3L that goes for 4 hours at a time. It is not perfect for me, but it was what we could afford at the time, about $300 ...  more
