    June 9, 2020Fresh Bass two ways! First larger Bass is scored, stuffed with limes, Serrano peppers shallots and garlic then mesquite grilled. Second was similar just done in the cast iron breakfast style:)

      Tanya Carnen June 9, 2020 Love what you made here, did you catch the fish yourself ? When you put the fish on the grill did you oil it first ? It didn't stick to the grill? Unless I should maybe oil the grill too ?

Yes I did catch the fish:) If you watch our Epic Grilled Sea Bass episode on our YouTube it will help give you an idea of properly grilling fish:) I use a grill pan with small holes in it.         Winginit June 9, 2020 The grill pans with small holes also work great for smaller veggie cuts and other sea foods. I also oil the meat rarely ever the grates.
