July 11Recently purchased a 2015 Thor Tuscany XTE. We returned this afternoon from a few days at Bodega Bay. When I put the "Auto" jacks down, three went down and the left front went about 2/3 the way down. In addition, the coach now sits higher than normal w...  more

Bandit455 July 11 Have you checked hydraulic fluid levels?
    • Harry & JeanE
Daniel and Carol Hamer July 11 If the fluid is low your must retract the jacks prior to filling. If you fill it while extended the fluid will over flow when you retract.

MRJohnston July 11 We never use the Auto function. We always level manually. Can you do all retract and start over?

Todd BRV July 11 You can call the Thor Customer Service # and they'll walk you through "re-setting" the auto levelers. The auto mode once raised our front end 1"-2" off the ground. Now we just manually level and have much better results.

The Rolling Stones July 12 It almost sounds like your Zero Point is out of calibration. Are you getting an Excessive Slope or Out of Range or some other error message on the control panel for the jacks? On all the coaches we have owned once you max out the capability to level the s...  more

The Rolling Stones July 13 Harry, you can try this. You should have a battery disconnect somewhere, usually in an electronics bay near your batteries. You may have one for chassis and one for house. Note this is not the Salesman switch near your entry door. They will be a 2”, or so...  more
