      David Leslie Jasper & JoJo July 24, 2020 Yes, under a high power load, it's hard on the transfer switch if it's asked to switch power origins, i.e., from the generator to shore, or vice versa.  It causes the transfer switch's internal contacts to spark and get pitted.
