      MRJohnston March 19, 2021 A newer unit like that shouldn’t have a standing pilot light as it would be direct spark ignition.   Does it have a switch near the sink that turns on the water heater?

      Dean Wang March 19, 2021 Your water heater has 3 on and off valves. One allows water into your water heater. One allows water to exit you’d water heater and one bypasses your water heater. Make sure the one allowing water in is on and the one allowing water to exit is on and the ...  more
